We do not sell, trade, disclose or give-away any information we may have on any of customers or members. Our servers employ industry standard security procedures to protect all our information from unauthorised access.
- Returns & Replacements
- Should your purchase not be appropriate What a Mum Wants welcomes Returns & Exchanges within 30 days of the original date of purchase.
Please contact us for a Returns & Exchanges form, this shall be emailed to you and includes all appropriate information to assist you in the process. Please print this, fill out all relevant fields and return to the address provided. Upon receiving your return we shall be in touch to notify you of details of an issued store credit or confirm your exchange. Although we strive to fulfil a fast turnaround period please allow 4 days during peak times.
The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to What a Mum Wants, we recommend a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are lost or misplaced. An additional postage charge to send exchanged item to the customer will be covered by What a Mum Wants.
All returns must be unused, in original packaging with tags intact if a return is suspected to be anything but in its original condition the item shall be returned to the customer and redelivery will be charged. What a Mum Wants will provide credit for returned items only.
We do not refund for change of mind, should a product be faulty or a description misleading or inaccurate we shall gladly refund the item less any discounts or promotions applied to the original order. Strictly no returns or exchanges on custom made personalised orders, sale or discounted items. - Ordering

To order your products simply browse our store, locate the products you wish to purchase and press the "Add to Cart" button to add the item to your shopping cart. Once you have all the items you want to purchase in your cart, click the Checkout button to proceed to the Checkout. You can update your account information with What A Mum Wants anytime by logging into your customer account. After logging in, select from the customer options on the right which include Account Information, Wishlist and Newsletter Subscription
